What is Indian Culture?

There are many rituals in Indian Culture with a different religion respectively. Everyone has to follow these in any circumstances if he/she likes it or not. I don't know who has made this and none can u tell us who has made this and why? Life is unpredictable anything happens anytime even death can happen anytime it doesn't see if you are young or old, sick or fine. Then why we have to follow these rituals which create fights in the relationship and create hurdle in your career. Life is not easy before marriage and after marriage also. why the girl has to marry a guy leave there home and stay with a guy family, why she is bound to that? why there should be an option of choosing if she has to or not.
Why there is a big difference in girl and boy?
